(Binder / Thickener)
by Muby Chem
Muby Chem operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility producing Polyethylene Oxide known for its exceptional purity and efficacy. This compound is particularly valuable in the pharmaceutical industry.
Our cutting-edge technology ensures the production of high-quality Polyethylene Oxide meeting the highest standards for performance and consistency.
Applications: MOLOXIDE™ PEO is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as a binder, matrix-forming polymer, viscosity modifier, mucoadhesive and controlled-release agent. It can improve the cohesion and mechanical strength of tablets, particularly in wet or dry granulation processes. Higher-molecular-weight PEO grades substantially increase the viscosity of aqueous formulations. This can be useful in solutions, suspensions, gels and ophthalmic preparations.
